Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Road Trip Glow is not responsible for costs incurred due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Liability Limitations

Road Trip Glow's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
